Note: All of our packages include 12 hours of in-person support during your birth experience. Also included is unlimited phone support during early labor. Though it is rare, if our clients need support beyond 12 hours, those additional hours will incur a fee of $30 per hour and will be billed separately. This additional fee ensures the work is sustainable for our doulas. Clients of course reserve the right to send their doula home and ask them to return when they feel they are needed.

Services

An additional 2 visits of 2 hours each with your doula. These will focus on healing time for YOU! Your doula will come over and make you an herbal bath, nourishing meals, massage your neck or back, and care for your baby while you rest.

Have your doula capture your most life-changing moments yet. Receive 30-40 edited photos of your birth and your first hour postpartum to remember your first beautiful moments with your new baby.

Includes pickup of your placenta from your place of birth and home delivery of your products, including a placenta print and herbal goodies for your healing. Additionally includes placenta tincture and an umbilical cord keepsake.

Classes

An empowering guide through the basics of birth, comfort techniques, critical information about interventions and surgical birth, and advocacy in the hospital setting.
Virtual or in person, taught in 2 sessions of 2.5 hours each. -
Understand how to feed your baby successfully before they arrive. Course topics cover breast anatomy, how milk production works, positioning and latch techniques, common challenges and solutions, pumping and more.
