Birth Doulas
All of our Doula packages will have you feeling swaddled with support!
We have a team of doulas for you to meet with, ask questions, and choose who feels like the best fit for you for your primary doula care. The rest of us are here for solid, consistent, and seamless backup support when necessary.
We provide all of our clients with what we believe to be an essential set of resources to get you started. From there, your experience is personalized. Your doula will meet with you during your pregnancy and continue communication with you throughout your remaining time of pregnancy and into your early postpartum.
Your doula will offer you resources for different questions and topics that arise through your pregnancy and postpartum. They will focus on getting to know you and your preferences for birth so that you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in your birth experience.
Your doula will provide you with comfort measures, ideas on and help with position changes, a maintaining of a peaceful environment, evidence based information to help you make informed decisions, emotional support and encouragement, amongst many other things. We also know our community well and are here to help connect you to additional resources, if need be.
