Our services

  • We provide all of our clients with what we believe to be an essential set of resources to get you started. From there, your experience is personalized.

    Your doula will meet with you during your pregnancy and continue communication with you throughout your remaining time of pregnancy and into your early postpartum.

    Your doula will offer you resources for different questions and topics that arise through your pregnancy and postpartum. They will focus on getting to know you and your preferences for birth so that you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in your birth experience.

  • Document this transformative experience and your first moments with your freshly earth-side baby with our birth photography!

    Whether you want your doula to capture moments along the way or want an entirely separate birth photographer, we have you covered!

    We provide a mini birth photography add-on service to your birth doula package, as well as standard separate birth photography packages so that you can choose the level of documentation that feels best for you.

  • We offer different childbirth education and lactation preparation courses to help you remove fear and anxiety about childbirth and to develop confidence in your body's unique ability to give birth and to feed your baby.

    Our goal is for you to grow confident by gaining knowledge about: the process of birth, coping mechanisms and comfort measures to help you through birth, what options you have throughout the birth process, and informed decision making throughout your birth experience.

    We want you to feel self-assured and empowered to have a truly wonderful birth experience, no matter how you are choosing to give birth!

  • We are inviting you into a community to come and find balance, to move and stretch your aching body in a safe, caring, and judgement-free place.

    All experience levels are welcome in our yoga classes. We will focus on building core strength and breathing through new stretches that will serve you both physically and mentally through birth and beyond.

  • We offer two different packages for placenta encapsulation so that you can choose which products feel best for you.

    Both of our packages include pickup of your placenta from your place of giving birth and home porch delivery of your products so that you have one less thing to worry about during this time.

    We offer flavored capsules if that appeals to you, as well as additional goodies to help you feel pampered and comforted in this tender and sacred time.
